Big bump...

Is anyone watching their bump get bigger by the day knowing you still have potentially a few weeks to go and completely bricking it? Everyone keeps telling me my bump is huge.. and this isn't my first pregnancy but it's my first big 'proper' bump 😭 I'm not sure if my muscles are just loser or baby is actually that much bigger - and people keep on mentioning it and asking if i'm sure there's only 1 is giving me anxiety

What’s your daily routine?

I’m struggling.

I feel like I have so much I need to fit into my daily routine. How do we do it all??

I want to workout each day, but I also want to get ready. I have trouble finding time to workout, eat breakfast, and get ready all before my son is up.

If I were to workout in the evenings, who is going to cook dinner?

It’s exhausting trying to figure out my schedule.

Private 4D Scan

We got a private scan done last Saturday and also 4D scan which was amazing to see!

Apparently the baby is measuring ahead. Lady predicts we could go a week earlier.

This will be our third baby, so I had first in 2009, second in 2023 and now third in 2026.

This baby is also a boy, previous two pregnancies were our two girls.

Just intrigued of everyone’s else story that might relate 💙

When you were told you were measuring week ahead, did you go earlier?

20 week scan, 2 artery umbilical cord

We have just had our 20 week scan and it was all going swimmingly until the very end! When our sonographer said they wanted to do one last check - the umbilical cord, this was shortly after saying this would be our last scan before delivery. They then got me off the bed and went on to say we'd need a growth scan at 32 weeks, contrary to what he'd just said so we questioned - he didn't seem comfortable delivering the news that we have a 2 artery umbilical cord over 3 which obviously meant we left with some anxiety! A couple of googles later and now I'm stressing about birth defects, still born and pre term risk.

Has anyone had this and what was your experience?

Infected c section scar

Hi can anyone tell me if my c section scar is infected? I can’t go to my doctors as they are shut and I really don’t want to go to urgent care as I haven’t had the best time with the hospital. I’m stressing out as I’m scared I will get sepsis. I currently have body aches however my bf has currently just had the flu but the scar burns a bit from the area I posted

Birthday party or not

Family is pressurising us to have a birthday party but we really don’t see the point, no one will get to spend quality time with Time with the little one so planned to just have a nice day out with the three of us. Interested to see if parties for one year olds are the norm?

Planned c section after 3rd degree tear

Is anyone able to give their experiance on a planned c section?

With my first, I got a 3rd degree tear and I feel like I’m traumatised by it, but I’m also worried about having a c section and the recovery
