During our first few weeks of Baby Led Weaning I feel like I was cooking it up with the meals but it got draining very fast. Ive also fell into a bit of a depression so it's also been difficult to cook for myslef let alone my baby đ but we've still been doing oatmeal in the morning, purĂ©es and snacks. Does anyone have any quick easy meal ideas? Also how many meals does your baby eat in a day?

I give my almost 9 month old those little baby/toddler granola bars for breakfast. They break apart really easy so theyâre messy but easy for them to chew. And a couple bites of whatever Iâm eating (waffles, eggs, bacon)
I usually will only give snacks or make a pb&j until dinner and then I let him eat what Iâm eating. If itâs tough i just break it up in small enough. Most things he can chew..

Hey girl I have a cooking meal YouTube channel for 6+months baby for food ideas itâs called âbabybiteswithCharleneâ check it out to give you ideas for food for your little one. You got this mamađđœâ„ïž

Also mama you would know your baby better than anyone. Find a routine you think will best fulfill the tummy your baby still has to rely on the breastfeed milk if youâre doing that or formula. ik for me my daughter usually wakes up at 8am so i would feed her the formula milk then she would go back to bed for her second nap in the morning. Then around 12 or 1pm she would wake up i will give her home cookmeal lunch. Then snack like fruits puree later when she wakes up again from her nap. Then she would play again alittle i would make sure to feed her again her formula just to make sure she is not too hungry before she goes back to bed again. Then when she wakes up again i would either feed her home cook meal for dinner again or she would have her formula milk for the rest of the night. Hope this helps! Itâs all about finding balance and knowing your baby. And my daughter is also 9months.

My go to quick easy baby meal is quesadilla. Cheese and avocado or just cheese sometimes. For the days I just donât have it in me or I didnât realize LO couldnât eat the dinner I made (or he just didnât want it) pan tortilla cheese. He loves it. Peanut butter or avocado on toast also easy and a big favorite. Grits or corn on the cob can be fairly easy and is a big favorite here. Some meals itâs just chew sticks, pouches, and baby âCheetosâ but I try to do that as little as possible.
