So im a mum of 3 under 4 and most days there's a moment if not a great portion of th day where I'm overwhelmed or stressed or mad or some sort of negative feeling cause they take turns t have a drama and im here trying t stay calm but in actuality I'm absorbing all their emotions n then I can't cope.
Anyway as they get older I'm getting braver thinking let's go to this place or that place whilst Daddy's at work and explore... But every time I find them too much and I feel myself resenting my husband never having t take th kids everywhere he goes and doing it solo majority of th time. He will venture out once a week with th older 2 but as I'm bf he will never know th struggle of being out with all 3 of them on ur own.
I keep thinking th more i do it the easier it will get but it's something different every time to th point where I loose my confidence. I cant take my kids out n it be a good time anymore, i loose my sh* every time over 1 thing or another. If it's not 1 having a melt down over bfeeding, it's th other cause shes learnt to walk and refuses t go in th pram or th third because every thing takes so damn long with th first 2.
I genuinely thought th more trips out we do th better every1 would get at handling it but I just find myself resenting my husband for not having t have a trail of 3 kids follow h where ever he goes every single day. If I'm not loosing my mind during th day I'm pulling my hair out at night when th youngest refuses t go back t sleep after a feed or the non stop wakes for feeds that put me under 4 hours sleep.
Im just so done with th battle every day t stay positive and cheerful when I spend every day trying t avoid meltdowns and doing 'fun things' that inevitably cause me t have a melt down.
I swear if it's not them it's me.

Awww I feel you mama. Sending you hugs

I struggle with one 11 month old. The fact that you even attempt this (while breastfeeding!) makes you superhuman! Seriously please give yourself grace. Maybe see if friends can come to your house for coffee or if a family member can go with you when you venture out?
Re: your husband. Something I find useful is remembering "there doesn't need to be a villian in this story". E.g. my resentment builds easily because when things are hard my brain wants to blame someone and if I'm not blaming my wife (same sex couple) then I'm blaming myself. Reminding myself that there doesn't need to be a bad guy helps. Just because it's hard, doesn't mean anyone is in the wrong.
I hope that helps. Feel free to connect directly if you want to vent.
