How many nights co parenting 15 month

What's normal co parenting structure for 15 month old? I thought 50:50 at this age was a lot, but maybe this is normal? Nights with dad :

I think whatever works best for you and the dad, for example is the child in a playgroup or daycare and can dad do drop off/pickup etc. me and my ex done no overnights during the weekdays because of his work schedule plus our LO was in a playgroup that was close to me, but he sees his dad 2 nights a week for dinner & bath that worked really well plus alternate weekends if that makes sense. It all works really well for us and I would say we are both happy with that but we didn’t fully adapt to that schedule until he was 2 years old due to location/distance

Next to me crib

How do you get newborn to sleep in the next to me?

I have tried but end up giving up, going downstairs putting him in the carry cot and he is absolutely fine/drifts off!

Ive tried putting a top in the next to me so he can smell me but that doesn't seem to work.

Environment is the same; dark room etc.

He's 7 days old today, is it just perseverance and eventually he will just do it? Or are there any tips to encourage him to stay/sleep in the next 2 me?

2 stages in one!

3 months in and WOW… nobody warned me about this stage 😂😭

One minute she’s smiling, cooing, the sweetest little angel…
Next minute I’m being screamed at because I dared to change her nappy or put a sleeve on the wrong arm 🙃

Apparently this is a “developmental leap” AND the start of an early sleep regression…
I call it:
✨ tiny human with BIG emotions and zero patience (and no interest in sleep) ✨

We’ve got:
• 30 minute naps
• dramatic outfit changes
• only-mum-will-do moments
• random meltdowns for absolutely no reason (or all the reasons??)
• and a sleep schedule that changes its mind daily 😅

But also… the smiles, the cuddles, the way she settles on me like I’m her whole world 🥹

So yeah… it’s a lot right now.
Messy, exhausting, emotional… but still somehow the best thing ever.

Anyone else in the trenches with a 3 month old? Send help… or snacks 😅🤍

I can’t take it anymore

Just cannot take it anymore…been up for
2 hours, baby won’t stop crying unless we pick him up. Doesn’t nap independently either so it’s either holding him for an entire nap or contact napping but then he wakes up if you’re not standing.

I CANNOT do this anymore. I feel like I’ve got no choice but let him cry it out….put the monitor on, leave him in the cot and leave the flat so I can’t hear him cry.

My back, my wrist, my mental are all shattered and it’s affected my couple and relationships with family (who’s just judgmental as in this was due to bad parenting), any concerns raised with professional bodies (NHS) aren’t addressed (why is the NHS so crap?!). HV doesn’t respond to me when I ask for advice on feeding. Physio cancels on us and doesn’t reschedule….and doesn’t reply.

Not sure where to go nor what to do

Breast pumps

I need suggestions on wearable non expensive breast pumps, I’ve heard about the momcozy ones but they’re way out of my price range, I’m looking for one that is strong as the one I have now is just so weak and does nothing

Food shopping

Please help how to do a food shop with a 4 month old! At the moment I put her car seat in a shallow trolley and can only buy limited stuff till its full and fill my massive bag on the hook which isn't enough. She can't sit up so can't go in the sit up ones, I can't wear her for that long takes about 15 minutes and my back feels like its going to break, the pram storage only holds limited stuff I wonder if I'm missing something obvious? I know you can get ones to put the car seat in but there's never been one available when I've been! Any help would be grateful
