amazing!! I also did a similar routine a couple times a week once I hit 30 weeks until my chunk finally flipped (37 weeks? I believe) definitely only do what you can handle & don’t stress it too much cause they will flip when they’re ready !! I ending up only being able to do everything for 10 minutes or less before I was wore the heck out lol

Gender scan

What’s the best time to do a gender scan? I want to book mine for 15 weeks but is this a bit early?

need advice!

I (22) just had my first baby a month ago now via c-section due to physical pain that made me unable to push. I love her and I would've loved to have another one but the pain is so unbearable that I dont think I could have another one. Did anyone else feel this way? Or could give me advice of how to bring it up better to my husband?

Exhausted

I don't know how much more I can take. This kids sleep is horrendous. I haven't gotten more than 5 hours of broken sleep a night in almost 8 months. It feels like he is trying to break me. I am so utterly miserable and severely regretting having another baby
