Introducing dummy/pacifier

My LO is 3 months and EBF. I want to introduce dummy now, is it possible? Has anyone done it successfully? Any ideas or tips please?

I wouldn't give an ebf a dummie. What makes you want to?

I need break. Sometimes he doesn’t want milk but just wants to be on the breast for comfort. And it’s tiring.

But no matter which dummy I get him, he wouldn’t take it

Prams !!

Currently 22/40 with our first baby!! We plan on having 2 under 2, would it make sense to purchase a double stroller to avoid a secondary cost with the second bay?

Do I speak to the mum?

Today my daughter (5 yrs old) said that her classmate asked her, "Is your mum very very ugly & very very fat because she has too much chocolate & caffeine?" 😭I put on weight after I had kids & I dont wear makeup and I already feel so insecure about myself. I've always been bullied in school and at home for my weight, the colour of my skin, my height - everything. It just brought everything back to me. I've told my girl not to play with this girl as she's mean and fat-shamed mummy

How many words does your 15MO say?

This post is not to put anyone or their baby down especially if that baby is having difficulties I’m just curious how many words other children My daughter‘s age are saying because she surprises me. She’s been saying words since she was about 2 1/half months old it started with little words like go out dad mama and she’s already at the point where she’s repeating random words out of nowhere I didn’t think kids started doing that till they were a bit oldershe says far more than 25 words at this point I couldn’t even name them all and like I said every day she says something new she repeats words out of nowhere and I didn’t think a kid that young really started repeating repeating words, unless they’ve sat down and it’s been worked with saying that word but she’ll just say things out of nowhere. She’s already starting to try to put two words together and at her doctors appointment yesterday her doctor told me that that’s actually a skill for two-year-olds what do y’all think and how much is your 15 month old saying?

Nuby rapid cool

When using the rapid cool, I do the hot shot method, do I have to sterilise between each use even with just the boiling water? Xx

Suddenly won’t nap

My daughter is 4.5 months old and up until this week was a great napper. We’d always get a long nap in the morning (was capping at 90 mins but she’d sleep longer if I let her) and had just moved to 3 naps where she’d have another 90 mins over lunch then a 45-60 min one in the afternoon. However last few days she’s been refusing to nap for more than an hour and most are 30-45 mine. She’s also SCREAMING when we put her down, whereas before she’d be ok for naps (bedtime is a different matter lol). We’ve just switched her to the upright pram which has made for crap pram naps which I was expecting but it seems her cot naps have also gone out the window.

Our nights have been rubbish for a month or so, which I thought was the regression, but could this be an added element of fun now?! My eldest was a terrible napper but at least slept well overnight and I’m not sure I can cope with bad nights and bad naps 🥲
