Did dates help anyone with bringing on labour? I have started eating them and couldn’t do them by themselves so sharing a way I have found I can eat them….
⭐️ Put the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes and remove the skin and pip.
⭐️ Blend them down and add a large tablespoon of crunch biscoff
I managed to eat it all no problem 😂

I've had 6 a day every day since 36 weeks. It's my due date today and he's still not here 😂

Ive done between 2-5 and day for about 2ish weeks now (im 39+2). Ive been having the big medjool ones and they're kind of growing on me!

I’ve had them every day since 36 weeks, I’m currently 40+4 😅 I have dried dates, felt much easier than the fresh ones and apparently has the same effect. My cervix has been favourable during the 2 sweeps I’ve had so I’d like to think it’s at least done something, baby is just stubborn!
