My 6 month old wakes all night to be resettled. Usually we have around 6 wakes in an 11-12 hour night. She’s rocked to sleep (previously breastfed to sleep) and then needs some bum patting and shhing or something more rocking to resettle multiple times. When she’s up it’s for minutes but it’s just so often and so much brown sleep I’m struggling! From breastfeeding she was in the habit of feeding to settle throughout the night and I feel this habit has continued as we’ve moved to formula. I rocked my first to sleep for 18 months and she didn’t wake to be resettled so I’m not pushing to change this method or sleep train. I also don’t want to use a dummy. But I’d love if anyone could help on getting her to sleep better! I’ve tried 2 and 3 naps and different wake windows before bed. Earlier and later bedtimes.

I have no advice, only sympathy! Both my kids are/were like this with either breastfed to sleep or rocked, day and night. My older one eventually matured to a better sleep, but now we are going through a very similar situation with the baby, and daaaamn, the broken sleep, the waking multiple times a night thing (even if only for 10-15 mins) is just hard! So sending hugs, hope you find a suitable solution!

I am in the same boat now 🫣 and I also have a toddler so i am too tired. Expecting this phase eventually ends 😑

Same here. My 6 m old actually used to be a good sleeper but for a while now he qales pretty mich every 45 mins to an hour and has to be rocked back to sleep. Sometimes he can't be transfered so I'm sleeping sat up right with him I'm arms. In shattered and I'm lost at whatto do. Sorry I can't help x
