Hey mamas 💛
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how, in parenting, one person can sometimes end up doing more or carrying more of the day to day and it really got me thinking.
Does it ever feel like you’re the one keeping everything running?
I ended up creating something to help couples share things a bit more and feel more supported, would love to know if this is something others would find helpful🥹

my husband is a busy man. So I feel like I’m parenting alone most days. It’s only hard when there’s no actual people who are supposed to be a part of our village. But hey that’s okay for me it just means I could move anywhere in the world & we’ll be okay.

LMFAO I'm a single mama

I KNOW I’m the one keeping it running lol

It did for me. Now I’m a single mum because I found having someone sitting there not helping is much more stressful than knowing I have to do it alone. He was fine when I asked him to do things but had no critical thinking skills and always said “It’s my day off” when he was home. When’s my day off?! It’s so frustrating but I don’t think he would have been open to this sort of thing at all which is where I imagine it’ll be a struggle to get engagement maybe
