How are we scheduling 10K steps a day and a workout session???
I really like walking but I also need to tone up. I do Pilates twice a week and I want to do weights twice a week… but how am I supposed to also fit in all my steps??

Are you able to share your schedule so maybe we can help you work it in? 10k steps is the easy part for me it’s personally harder for me to get the 2 hours for working out but I make the time!

I usually run everyday, 30 miles is 3 miles and about 6,000 steps 😅
