Comforter

Anyone's babies not have a comforter? No dummy, no teddy, no snuggle. Shes 10 months and just goes to sleep in her cot at night independently after a snuggle and song with us. I feel bad and it makes me sad for her that she doesn't have a little comforter all night but she sleeps through without one and no crying ect, am I overthinking this has anyone introduced a little snuggie or anything anyway??

Not every baby takes to one. I work in a nursery and I’ve worked with babies who never took to a comforter/teddy until they were about 2 years old or older or not at all which is perfectly fine x

My little boy doesn't have anything. But he's a very active baby and moves a lot in his sleep so I think it'd just get in the way of his ninja dreams 😆🙈 as he gets older and more aware he may choose to have something himself. It's one of those where they weren't allowed anything for the first 6 months and then personally it just didn't feel necessary.

Side sleeping

I woke up this morning and my 11 week old was on his side!
1. I didn’t know he could do this!?
2. I panicked and put him back on his back but he rolled back over!
3. I put his dummy in because I panicked and when I rolled him back he rolled again!
Is this okay? Do I need to keep him on his back?
He seemed very content and I don’t know how to police back sleeping whilst also getting sleep myself, and I’m terrified of sids 😩

Dr. Brown’s nipple size 4 month

My baby is 16 weeks old. Size 1 nipple is too slow, but size 2 is too fast—it causes coughing and spit-up. Any advice?

Carseat Recommendations

We're in the process of buying a second car. I have a 5 month old baby. We want to buy a carseat for the new car, but not sure what to go for. We plan to have a second baby at some point in the next year or two, hence don't mind paying out for another carseat. At the moment I have an avionaut pixel pro 2.0, which my baby can use until he's about 12-15 months. I don't really want to buy another newborn carseat as it seems a waste of money. I want one that reclines as we do a lot of long journeys (my commute to work is 1 hr and on the days I work, he will be coming with me as my parents live 5mins away). Any recommendations would be great! Thank you :)

4skin

I had my 8 week check for my newborn recently and the doctor told me I should be gently pulling his foreskin back so that it doesn’t get too tight. I haven’t been given this advice before so I haven’t been doing it for my two-year-old.

My two-year-old’s foreskin doesn’t go back over the head of his penis, It’s too tight. Is this normal? Is it because I haven’t been pulling it back regularly?

Sorry about the title, apparently I’m not allowed to say foreskin in it?
