Hey bestie!
Looking for a mom bestie who actually texts back and doesn’t make it weird 😭 just easy convo, no awkward pauses, no overthinking replies like we can talk about life, kids, chaos, and random nonsense without it feeling like a job interview. Bonus if we can be funny and consistent 🫶 I want a real friend, not an off and on situation LOLL 😭
Mommy Bestie
Hi everyone! 🌸 I'm a stay-at-home mom to the sweetest 5-month-old (born Dec 13th!) and honestly I'm looking for my people. I don't have much of a tribe right now and I'd love to change that.
I'm looking for a genuine best friend, not just an online connection. Someone who's down to FaceTime, text regularly, go on playdates, and have real mommy dates too. If you're in the Toledo, OH area and want to actually hang out this weekend, please reach out! 💛
I'm also actively job searching and would love to connect with anyone who's hiring, knows of openings, or works as a recruiter. I'll be sharing my resume soon!
Don't be shy feel free to message me, and yes, more than one person is more than welcome! 🙋🏾♀️
I finally did it AND 💩
Drove to a local library for “babies and bubbles” time. Trying to get better about getting out for my 16mth old. I don’t drive a lot since an accident before being pregnant and now just get a lot of anxiety towards it. Being responsible for him and trusting the general public to handle themselves safely. (I was hit and pinned in my car by someone driving past traffic in the shoulder illegally) Well I did it, 20 minutes each way. Was all good, that at least went well.
Well? Got there, 10 minutes before door opened by accident. & then?
No one showed for the class or whatever.
So, The librarian let us just play by ourselves for 20 minutes. Sweet of her not to turn us away. But it was pretty pointless in the socializing department obviously 😞
Sigh. It’s like whenever I really TRY, it’s always met with defeat. I really hate it. My rejection syndrome spirals
