Hello! So baby girl goes to sleep about 7pm every night. We safely bed share and I'm still exclusively breast feeding. She will only feed to sleep which I am okay with. I am just exhausted with the 5-6am start of the day! It used to be 7-7:30 wake up which was alot better! Any idea how I can push this later? I realise that feeding her probably isn't helping when she wakes up, but throughout the night this puts her back to sleep! Any ideas??

Mine is currently doing the same thing but in his own room and I also feed to sleep or have to rock very heavily for a while. I’ve absolutely no ideas though sorry but just replying to say same you ain’t alone when you look at the time!😩

Our sleep routine is different than most, we basically let all the kids just go to sleep whenever they’re tired, even the baby. I personally believe every person’s sleep needs are unique and see that very much in our children! We don’t have anything to have to leave for in the mornings though which makes it easy for us. But ever since they were all babies, my kids have always slept until 8 or later and honestly I love it. I know it’s not something that fits every family and goes completely against the idea of ‘sleep schedules’ but I highly recommend it if it’s something that would work for you!

Have you tried a later bedtime maybe 8pm or 8.30pm? By 5am Baby has already had 10hours sleep which maybe enough for at the moment?
Also with my eldest he’d slip from early starts to late starts and back all the time. So hopefully just a phase.
