Absolutely recommend a walking pad. I’ve got one with an incline and I do incline walks and I also run on it whilst watching a series. It folds down and fits behind the sofa when I’m not using it. Absolute game changer for me 😊 you could also get a couple of dumbbells and do some arm exercises while walking on it too x

Is anyone else (or have you) struggling with the idea of being on your own for most of the day once your partner goes back to work after paternity leave?

Girl mums

I have a 4 month old I know I’m a woman myself but I don’t know how it is with a 4 month old obviously I know you have hormones in the vag area but I’ve started to realise when I wipe her now she has the smallest bit of yellow everytime I wipe when changing her I wipe front to back always so it’s not poo and I always make sure she’s really clean is this normal? It doesn’t smell and it is tinie tiny yellow but should I go to gp? Or it’s completely normal? Please don’t be mean I’m new to this.

Returning to Work

Guys, I finally go back to work tomorrow and I feel like crying 😂
I would genuinely rather quit my job and stay home then leave my baby 🥲
I mean he will be perfectly fine bc he will be home with Daddy along with 2 afternoons a week at nursery but I just feel so sad about it!

Does everyone else feel this way 🫣 I already demoted myself and reduced my gmh as I hate the idea of being away for so many hours 🤣
