What job do you do that fits around your child’s nursery schedule??

I WFH doing admin type work so have few meetings. 7am-3 5 days a week. Mon-Wed my partner drops LO at nursery 7.30 on his way to work and I pick her up during my lunch break about 1. Start back at 1.30 and honestly she naps until 2.30/3.30 anyway! If she wakes while I’m working I’ll feed and change her then she plays in her (huge) pen until I’m done as it’s never long anyway. Thur my MIL has her my full work day and Fri my husband WFH and we both keep that day low meetings so we can take turns looking after her and getting things done. Often I’ll put in some flexi time or AL on Friday as it can be our trickiest tbh

I’m a journalist and both me and my husband work from home, so a lot of flexibility for drop off/pick up!

I work in the nursery she goes to. She does long days but it means we only have to be there for 3 days a week

Yeah I feel you need a job that’s flexible but it’s hard to find that..
