My daughter hates the Calpol but when she had her 8 weeks jabs I would give it to her and then if she slept during the 4-6 hours i would just give it to her when she next woke up then count 4-6 from that I personally didn't wake her

Mine was fine at the first set but had a little bit of a fever after her 12 week ones so made sure I gave her all three doses of calpol. The fever went after 24 hours luckily, but she was fussy for a couple of days

Saw another post about rear facing vs forward facing and was just amazed at responses….

The fear mongering around forward facing is incredible… rear facing obviously is preferable but people talk about it as if the alternative is negligent.
Rear-facing being safest often gets interpreted emotionally as “forward-facing is unsafe.” And they just are not the same thing.

I’ve got 3 kids and have done both for different reasons… Living in 2026, forward facing seats are continuously designed to be safer each year. Just wanted to put it out there as we often feel like we aren’t doing enough or are constantly scrutinised as mothers anyway. Do what’s best for your child, you aren’t a bad parent.

Clitoral Adhesion

Has anyone dealt w this?
Basically the hood of your clit gets stuck to it and your hood becomes essentially pointless. It causes a multitude of issues and I’ve been dealing with it since i was 20 I’m 26 now.
I’m a clean freak about my 🐱 so I really believe it’s not due so smegma build up, I read that it can be caused by sexual discomfort and trauma to the clit.
Which checks out.. My partner at the time just sucked, would slam into me like a brick wall. Hardly ever did foreplay, I needed lube constantly. I’m always uncomfy and really NEVER finish.
I brought it up to my Gyno once when it first started happening it was a man and he basically just tried to force my nonexistent hood back and nothing ever resulted from it..

I’m just wanting to see if anyone has dealt with this.. I hate the way my vag looks and feels, im tired of being uncomfy where i should feel good.
I’m pregnant w my second baby and I really want to get this fixed after they’re born..

Sleep help!

My baby is 11 months old and he has never slept though the night!

He is up every 1-2 hours in the night and wakes up at least 4 times. We try to settle him in the cot and if that doesn’t work then we try to settle him in our arms but it’s get to a point he is getting really stressed so I give him some milk to settle him which he has multiple off.

We’ve tried to just eliminate the milk and replace with the water but it makes him worse.

He has the same routine every night- he has a book, gets changed and then a bottle. He has 3 meals and 2 snacks through the day and 1 4oz bottle in the morning after breakfast.

I need any help or advice for getting him to sleep through the night! Thank you

5 months pp, still don’t want sex…

I’m 5 months postpartum and it’s still painful to have sex. I had a C Section, so the scar still feels weird and uncomfortable being touched down there. Has anyone else gone through this? Is it normal or should I be worried?

Dr Google says my body could still be in shock from having a baby and it’s stopping me from enjoying anything.

I cannot be the only mum heading to bed right after I put my toddler down????

I'm a SAHM with a 15 month old. She naps a total of 1 hour during the day. Still on 2 naps. I'm EXHAUSTED by 7.30pm when she goes to bed. She is up at 6am so I literally find myself crawling into bed the moment I've got her down. Sometimes I scroll for an hour. But sometimes I'm going straight to sleep.

Anyone with me???

Bath too hot?

I feel horrible, my baby is 4 months old and she usually likes her baths. And I’m usually good at reading the temperature before I put her in, but this time I feel like I wasn’t. She was ok initially but then all of a sudden as I was cleaning her hair she because fussy and her face changed. Then she because upset and wanted to move out of her bath seat. So I quickly picked her up as the crying got worse and her skin was hot. I then laid her on her mat to soothe her and let her cool down. She is ok now and back to her smiley self but I feel horrible knowing I put her in and it was too hot for her!!! ☹️☹️☹️
