Exhausted 38 weeks pregnant

I’m 38 weeks pregnant and I’ve gotten to the point I’m so exhausted! I feel bad I have a toddler and some days I just have no energy! We go outside and for walks and play at the park but sometimes during the day she watched ms Rachel or a little screen time so I can just relax. I feel bad even though we don’t do it all day or everyday but I feel like there’s been such a stigma on screen time and being a bad parent that it gets to me 😩

My son has had more screen time this last week than he has ever had. I am almost 38 weeks the pressure, the swelling, the exhaustion, the stress, the prodromal labor all of it I’m beat! I just make sure that whatever he is watching is filling the brain with positive things. We watched how it’s made for 2 hours yesterday I feel no guilt! He enjoyed it I got to some what relax and he can now tell me how they make fish food! 🐟 😂 Don’t feel guilty right now it’s hard on your body and you need to keep yourself healthy and your body rested for labor because it will be an overall better recovery outcome for you and your children. You got this!!! We are almost there!!!

Elective C Section

Hi ladies 👋🏻 I'm planning an Elective c section in August on my first. I'm wondering when does this usually get booked in? My parents live in Ireland and want to come over when baby is born to help. So it would be good to have an idea of when it will be!

Hardest stage so far

Hi everyone FTM here. I’m feeling very overwhelmed with my LG now being able to crawl. She wants to move and stand and walk but gets frustrated with herself. Seems like she’s cried all day every day for the past week. She’s refusing naps, not really hungry and doesn’t really want to “play”. I am really struggling and feeling like I don’t know what I’m doing all over again.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can find a new routine or get used to this? Maybe some daily activities you do with your babies to occupy them? I feel like I’m fighting for my life until bedtime and it’s making me really sad.

Natural birth or c section, which did you prefer?

Ladies who have had both a natural delivery and a c section, which did you prefer in the long run? I’ve had a c section and was told I could never deliver naturally, but after a scan last week they now have said that I potentially can deliver naturally if I choose to. I know the section left me crippled for months so I’d love to give natural a shot but it seems terrifying! Let me know your thoughts x
