Sorry 😔 I'm not sure what you have tried but rule of thumb when breast feeding - have a large drink everytime you feed and maybe try lactulose if you havent already x

I didn’t have a c-section but did lose quite a bit of blood so needed to take iron tablets after (that’s a common side effect of taking them). They always suggest orange juice alongside the tablets and eventually I was just drinking it without the tablets as it seemed to help a lot.

Did you get sent home with any laxatives? Ask for some from a pharmacy, I had laxido but lactulose is good too

Overlap tummy after c section

So I had my second elective c section. My first went very well, my tummy went back to how it was literally the very first week. I’ve always had a flat tummy and being size 8-10. This time I still feel bloated and the skin is over lapping where the incision is. Will my stomach go back how it used to be?. I was just wondering how other mums second c section went.

Positive second c section stories.

Hi, I’m trying to convince again, 5 years after having my daughter via emergency c section but the thought of having it again is scaring me even tho I had no complications from it. Before having the first one I’d never had any form of major operation before so I’m looking for some positive stories otherwise I’ll chicken out soon. I’ve been silly and been googling stuff, which hasn’t helped but I have a genuine phobia of anything going wrong with my health and health anxiety. Please help , my biggest fear is dying 😟

How do you parent when you’re exhausted and have a cold

I’m tired from running around town all day and I have a small cold I just want a nap but it feels impossible with my 7 and 5 year old in the house cause they are still heavily dependent on me or their great grandmother
