Pelvic girdle pain

Is anyone else really struggling with pelvic girdle pain? I’m in absolute agony with it and walking is awful, it’s so painful and paracetamol isn’t touching it! My midwife has referred me to the physio but I only have four weeks left and she reckons they might not even get to see me before baby is here😫

Yep so painful!
Only advise is squeeze your legs together like they are in a pencil skirt when you get up, and at night before you roll / get up go up on your heels like a reverse crab

I waited 8 weeks to be seen by physio and all they did was give me a booklet with exercises in, which actually triggered the pain more. I’m now on crutches, which is helping slightly but it’s agony!

I’m in agony .. I was referred to physio and found it to be absolutely pointless. Physio literally told me they couldn’t help because my hips are so out of line and back is the wrong shape so I have to wait until birth to see if it’s going to resolve itself or be a long term problem .
I was given codeine which honestly didn’t help either ! The past few days I’ve barely been able to get out of bed because the pains suddenly got so much worse and I physically cannot keep my legs together like they recommended because my bump has gotten to big but anytime I mention it to any form of medical professionals I literally get ‘twins for you ‘ or ‘joys of twins’ it’s ridiculous

Overlap tummy after c section

So I had my second elective c section. My first went very well, my tummy went back to how it was literally the very first week. I’ve always had a flat tummy and being size 8-10. This time I still feel bloated and the skin is over lapping where the incision is. Will my stomach go back how it used to be?. I was just wondering how other mums second c section went.

C-section Scar

I am almost 6 weeks postpartum and my c-section is starting to hurt again. There no redness or anything, just pain. Is that normal? My OB said it was healing nicely and that he wasn’t concerned at my two week appointment.

C-section/franks breach.

C-section - is it scary? I hate hospitals & needles so absolutely terrified but baby’s franks breach and we’re 37 weeks 😮 anyone else been or is in this position? Baby’s head is up under my ribs and very uncomfortable- they’ve tried ecv once and attempting again tomorrow. If no luck they book me in for 39 weeks. 😮
