I tried dropping from 4 naps to 3 and the night was worse.

Is this because baby isn’t ready do you think? We have around 4 night wakings, so someone suggested dropping a nap and having longer wake windows (which worked for them), but baby woke even more overnight with this.

Was in the same situation. Dropped from 4 to 3 and nights got much worse. Went back to 4 and was normal again. Now I’m just having either 4 or 3. Depending from the day. And if I got 3 I make sure they are in the right time.

I do believe it depends what times and how long naps lasted when dropped to 3 compared to 4. What time your baby had naps and how long etc?

Feeding

I breastfed my daughter for a year, she had tongue tie and we had thar released, our journey was hard but we got there. I now have a 6 week old son who I breastfeed and it's been a battle, he struggles latching and staying on etc it got a bit better and I definitely have milk, but it's been very hard at times. I'm now at the point where I dread feeding times, it's constantly on my mind, when did I last feed? How long did he feed? Is he going to be uncomfortably upset during or after or both. Etc etc it's a real battle I know he's doing what babies do cluster feed, fuss etc but I just cant manage it. I actually feel like rubbing away. I feel like a failure at everything. I'm like a stuck record going on about it all time. My husbands getting annoyed with me. I just this minute given up breastfeeding as I was crying. Getting annoyed etc it's not fair on my baby. So I got a ready made formula bottle and given him that, although he still had trouble latching on bottle but he did take it.
Why am I still feeling like this and not relieved has taken a bottle. I really wanted to enjoy breastfeeding but I can't. I also don't know why I can't feel good about bottle feeding, when I know it will help us both. I just can't rationalise.
Also how do I just stop making milk if I don't breastfeed?

When did your toddler tell they love you without prompts or anything?

My little guy 3yo has kissed me out of the blue before to show affectionate and I die inside. I'm just wondering if I love you is later?! Not asking for selfish reasons (feel like I come across like that by asking this!) .. wonder if it's a comprehension thing or speech thing or temperament or something

How old is your child and how many naps do they take?

I have a newly 1 year old and she still takes 3 to 4 naps a day. I’ve been told by other moms that she shouldn’t be napping that much and should transition to only one nap.
Is your child under 2 or even ages 3-5 still napping a lot or no?

Should I take milk in my hospital bag?

Hiya,

I’m about to be 39 weeks and so far I seem to have no milk, I’ve tried all the tips of warm massage etc but can’t seem to get anything which makes me think my milk may not come until possibly after baby is born (if at all)

Did anyone else struggle with this or have delayed milk? If so would you recommend me taking some instant baby milk in my hospital bag or would the hospital provide this if my milk hadn’t come in yet?

My 3 year old has behavior issues. Does it get better?

We got him evaluated at 2 for behavior issues they said he was in the monitor range but didn’t require services. He still hits people all the time. At his new daycare 2 kids came up to me and told me that Tyler hit them…I’m mortified. I don’t know what to do. He’s a really sweet kid sometimes and other times he’s a lot. He was having like 20 minutes tantrums but that has improved to 5 minutes or less. Has anyone else had a kid that was a lot, did they grow out of it?

Nappies

What nappies are we using at night time? My 9 month old is leaking every night which results in us having to change him head to toe and then we are up for 2 hours😩 we’ve always used Asda nappies and never had a problem, I brought pampers pull ups but they are also leaking. I have gone up a size to! 🫠
