What’s the secret to increasing breast milk production? I’m feeling depressed because my milk supply has drastically decreased from producing a lot to almost running out.

Hi there.s How do you know if it’s almost running out?

My production went drastically down after I got an infection and had surgery. They’ve been telling me that I need to lower pump or pump every 2 hours. The consultant told me it would take a long time though.

I had my baby a month ago and after 2 weeks felt like my supply was dropping a bit. Having some oatmeal with flaxseed in it once a day or more along with making sure I was drinking enough water helped me feel like it balanced out again! I really like the Purely Elizabeth oatmeal (I used the banana nut and vanilla pecan w/collagen ones) but I also just make my own too!
Also, pumping or having baby nurse more frequently is very helpful. I was going to start pumping but then my baby started cluster feeding and I didn’t need to.

I have tried lactation gummies and the cookies from Walmart I have had alot of supply of milk that comes in and also taken prenatal still to help my breast milk production. I also learned that if you drink body armor flavor drinks with coconut water , pineapple juice and regular water . You’ll have a good supply of milk

Has anyone used one of these?

A coworker suggested one of these for our flight this weekend to Canada. Was wondering if anyone used one and if it was useful or not. Do airlines allow anything like this??

Emotionally drained

I don't understand why my daughter is so evil and negative 24/7 unless she is begging for something. That's the only time she smiles and is happy for a second. Im literally literally so tired of it. I don't want her around me anymore. I've been crying all day because I genuinely don't know what to do with or for her anymore.. I just need someone to talk to, other than the ones that knows me or her. Because they just don't get it or understand it. They brush it off and I'm literally drained with her.

Tandem prams?

Going to have 2 under 2 so I need a new pram! I’m thinking a tandem pram anyone have any recommendations that are decent prices, still can’t fathom we’re buying a whole new pram🥲 also one that isn’t too long in the front and can easily fit on public transport buggy spaces.

I really like the cybex gazelle (quite pricey) or the joie versiti any other recommendations tried and tested?

4 month sleep regression help

My little one is 3.5 months and until the weekend she was sleeping blocks of 4-5 hours at night in her next to me. Now she’ll do 2 hours and then up every hour after that.

She also only ever cried when hungry / tummy hurt, never when tired. Now she can be laughing and babbling, then the next minute screaming due to being tired. We then get her to nap by wearing her in a wrap.

Does this sound like the sleep regression or could it be because we had a busy weekend?

Any advice how to help her? 😭 we’ve never had set naps / feeds, always just followed her lead.

Doctor made me uncomfortable

My husband slipped down the stairs while holding my daughter last week so we took her to the doctor to be checked. She had a little rug burn on her forehead but was perfectly fine and her normal happy self. Because it was a last minute visit we didn’t see our regular doctor & this doctor checked her thoroughly… including the inside of her vagina.. I’m not wrong for being uncomfortable with this right? My daughter is 10 months old and this is the first doctor to do this and when I said “why hasn’t anyone else done this?” she goes “oh uh good question”..

Breastfeeding at night

My baby is exclusively breastfed, but is still waking every 2/3 hours in the night. Should he be going longer through the night?

Any tips to help me get him to do longer stretches at night time?
