Jollof rice, chicken, I give mine swallow as well like amala or poundo but make sure it’s soft

I gave my daughter near enough everything just made hers up took it out then added extra salt and all

Gari

My daughter has tried everything, she’s 15 months now and prefers Nigerian food to typical British food, I just modify thing for her so it has less salt, her favourite is okra soup

Try Eba and Okro, my toddler loves loves it

You can give your baby “pap , soft jollof rice, Eba / Amala and okra soup, (no poundo yet his/ her body system can’t handle it)
You can give soft Moi Moi ( this can be made with Red Lentils or Honey Beans)
You can also make potato porridge
Etc. Please add fish/ chicken/ beef to this meals to give that extra protein and iron.
