so my baby is 9 months old already and it’s being really hard for me to implement dinner to him. I am so tired during that time that I don’t want to cook more. What are the best ideas for dinners ? what is the simplest and beneficial at the same time for them?

I meal prep chicken, carrot, and broccoli muffins. The recipe I use makes several weeks worth and I freeze them and then just pop them in the microwave or toaster oven when he's ready to eat them!

You can make scrambled eggs in a muffin tin with whatever meat and veggies you like to add. Just pour the eggs in the muffin tin and bake for 20min at 350°f. They are freezable too. I also love sheet pan dinners, put some chicken breast, chopped veggies and potatoes on a baking tray with whatever seasoning you like and bake

My baby girl is still taking purées. Once a week, I prep a week’s worth of a core dinner puree consisting of chicken, rice, lentils, some veggies, oil, and some light seasoning like turmeric and salt. That’s her dinner. For a breakfast/brunch, I give her Gerber rice cereal prepped with formula/breast milk.

I work 5 days a week so I know that it can be so tiring. But meal prepping for baby does help!

What are you eating for dinner? You can just serve that, but maybe adapted.
