My daughter said her first word so clearly and I even got it on video and I had no one but my husband (who was at work and unavailable) to talk about it with. It was one of those moments I felt so unbelievably lonely in my motherhood

Hiyah I’m a first time mom writing my birth plan and I have no idea what to include or anything

I couldn’t find my new lingerie-ish nightgown I bought for this weekend, after our anniversary stay. Seemed it never made it back in our bags. We always double check the room, we thought well enough. Well, Hubs decides to watch our videos made in the room back. He literally finds the exact moment I fling it behind the couch on video.

WELL THATS EMBARRASSING FOR HOUSEKEEPING TO FIND.

Even more so because I’m an elite member and they upgraded us, gave us a bottle of wine for the anniversary stay, etc. I’m mortified but have no one to also laugh with it about. So here I am 🫶🏻😂

Advise on being a stay at home mom

I’m going to be leaving my job in September and staying at home with my two children. Please give me any advice you wish you knew when starting out. My babies will be 3 and 6 months when I start.

Looking to do life

I miss having someone to simply do life with. Someone that would go on my weekly grocery shops with me. Someone that I could go sneak an ice cream cone with. Someone that I could vent to about things going on and they just got it. Someone that saw me. No matter what. Dr's appointments I didn't want to go to alone. The first person I call when I have some piping hot tea to spill. I haven't been without a bestie long, but damn do i miss it. The secret starbies runs, the costco trips, the sisterhood. I have a husband, I have sisters, but I dont have my best friend anymore.
