Has / is anyone taken lubion injections able to help me out!? I am constantly getting air holes when pulling the solution out with syringe. I am doing everything I can think of to avoid this from happening I am pulling the solution out with the syringe slowly, tapping the bottle and syringe gently , the needle is fully in the solution. It’s not like small air bubbles the liquid seems to appear more at the one side ( hope that makes sense) LOL

I had this problem, sometimes took me three or four attempts to push it up whilst getting rid of the bubble. Try flicking the syringe quite hard with your finger and also found sometimes tilting it whilst I was pushing the syringe up would help keep the bubble central

Getting air bubbles as you draw up injections is completely normal. Once you’ve drawn up the solution into your syringe you can either flick or tap the syringe to bring the air bubble to the top and then gently push them out using the plunger until your solution is at the top without any air. If you have lots of small air bubbles through the solution flicking may not work/take a long time. In that case, hold the syringe vertically and in a swift motion move/pull it down, again this should move the air bubbles to the top and you can then push them out. Hope that explanation makes sense!! (I’m a nurse and I also have myself around 1000 injections throughout my IVF and pregnancy journey!) x
