Induction method

Second time being induced. Just got the news today that I'll be induced on Sunday due to calcium on my placenta, baby measuring on the 5th centile, and reduced movements.

First time I got the pessary put in, was extremely sore and unpleasant and took 36h to finally being 2cm dilated. I am not sure I want this again.

Any recommendations on induction method that worked well for you and didn't take forever?

Thank you girls!

I was induced 2 years ago via the hormone drip. It wasn’t a quick labour but once hooked up it was 19 hours, which is an improvement on 36 hours! Downside is that they wanted me lying on the bed for monitoring the whole time which was harrrrd

I'm in the same boat. Last time experience was horrible. I'm wondering if directly jumping on the drip would be an option

For those who had a vaginal birth, did you have a poo while pushing??

Insomnia 🙃🫩🫩

Can anyone give any advice or just let me know I’m not alone…

I am 21weeks pregnant and SUFFERING with insomnia. I have spoken to my midwife and GP and they have not offered any solutions. Also being told it’s ‘normal’ hasn’t helped 😅

I am SO tired at this point my emotions feel even more heightened so going to work is becoming even more difficult and I just feel like I’m alone in this…

Question.

Hi, moms I need some advice! I’m 32 weeks pregnant . all day today I’ve been having a bit of cramping/pelvic pain really bad just below my belly. should I go get checked out? I also was having a lot of back pain, both feel like cramping I’ve had in the past when I was on my menstrual cycle . it definitely hurts I couldn’t sleep.
