Has anyone ever just completely changed their lives to have a massive reset?

Basically tomorrow we tell our family’s that we’ve ever so slightly blown up our entire lives!

I’m going to tell my mum and my in-laws that not only have we sold my business that I’ve had for 9 years but we’ve also sold our home that we’ve been renovating for the past four years. AND after telling everyone we were one and done turns out I’m actually 10 weeks pregnant with baby # 2! 🥹

We decided after Christmas that we just didn’t enjoy certain aspects of our lives so we decided it was time for a change. The problem was we had so many big responsibilities what with my business and the house that it felt impossible to reshuffle our lives in order to get happy again. So we’ve got rid of it all except for my husbands stable and well paid job.

It’s been unbelievably emotional and scary but so far I’ve no regrets.

Has anyone else just decided to simplify their lives in order to start again? I’d love to hear your stories

Yes, 3 years ago, I moved to Leamington spa from London with 3 children( just me & them) It 1 year to sort out, job, school and house. Everybody thought i was mad, I stopped telling people, I planned and moved. Best move ever. It might be scary now but you will be ok and you have your husband by your side.

Just want to make it clear

I just wanted to make an announcement so I’ll just stay at home Mom‘s out there with husbands that think that you slaves and you have to clean and you have to cook and you have to do this for him for being a stay at home. Mom is because you don’t want someone else raising your child and you want to watch them grow you didn’t do it to be their slave. You didn’t agree to that. Look up how much it would cost them to have a nanny and a cleaner and a personal assistant. and a living cook it is not the same price as their annually income. Do we love our respect to our husbands and boyfriends that give us this opportunity to stay at home with our children. Yes we love them dearly but we are not their slaves. They need to grow up and clean after themselves. They can do chores they can take out the garbage they could mow the lawn. They can pick up after themselves. They could do all the other chores too for them. It is not a requirement it is because we care that we do them everybody have a blessed day.

Anyone else’s baby have a super big appetite?

Baby boy can eat around two thick waffles by himself, he’s 13 months and sometimes I wonder if I’m over feeding him. But he’s very vocal about his hunger and will cry if only offered a bottle. First baby, is it normal?

Unpopular opinion: Just because your baby is on the bigger/chunkier side, doesn’t mean they need to start solids before 6ms.

As a mum to a 98th centile 4 month old, I really don’t understand this one.

9 month old still not eating solids

Hi all! I have a sweet 9 month old boy. I have no worries about him other than he is still not eating solids. He will sporadically taste a little here and there, but otherwise completely refuses it and just wants his formula.

I have made food myself, bought baby food, have given him different foods to play around with and explore texture. I make it as low key as possible for him and am trying to encourage him to play, but he still refuses to eat and mealtimes always end in tears.

I’ve talked to his doctor and I have it set up to have a developmental professional help me out, and some therapy to look at his speech down the line.

Has anyone else experienced this? I just don’t know what to do at this point and I just hope he starts eating something at some point. My baby just seems adverse to it.

TODDLER VEGETABLE IDEAS🥦🥒

What are your little ones’ favorite vegetables? My 13-month-old loves broccoli, sweet potatoes, avocado, and cucumber, but I’d love to know what other veggies your toddlers enjoy so I can offer him more variety 😊

Baby suddenly refusing food

My daughter is 8 months old and we introduced solids (mostly purees) at 6 months. She never really ate a whole lot, but she ate well enough. Suddenly, the last few days she is absolutely refusing. I’ve tried many different foods, purées and solids, and she doesn’t want any of it. If I had her a piece of celery or watermelon she’ll take it, otherwise nothing. She nurses well, no issues with milk.
What is going on, is this normal and how long do these food strikes last? How can I get her to eat again?
