Can we talk memberships? Why do I feel like organizations are struggling to get people to come and that’s why there’s an influx of cheap memberships? My question do you have one for you or your kids?

Ex. Chuck E Cheese, Sky Zone, Top Golf, Urban Air etc

Top Golf $20 a month for 1 hour daily free play, Plus free appetizer daily OR $179 daily 2 hour free play, until September both allows you to bring 5 guest free every time and you can swap out. (Usually $50 a person per game)

Chuck E Cheese various membership, $11 monthly for 100 coins daily, but 30% off food and drink.

Getting a trampoline park summer membership $45 total for 3 months, free snack every time and daily 90 min free play. (Usually $25 for 2 hours).

Also I have our amusement park membership. I have 3 thinking about getting Top Golf as well. Seems crazy to have so many but it’s so much cheaper this way. Also maximize mines so we’ll go numerous times monthly after work or weekends.

I would be interested & they're not badly priced but not cheap for me to add onto the monthly memberships we already pay for in the household, I don't have any memberships yet but I want to get one for the Zoo & botanical conservatory

i do not have any memberships like that. thankfully we have lovely public parks here that we can go to for free.

I dont have those memberships. I use the discover and go program via library card and we get to go to exploratorium, museums, discovery museums and then we have lots of redwood trails by us and beautiful parks. We just recently took her to chuck e. Cheesecake she did have a great time there and we considered it!

We have a zoo membership and are considering one for the local art museum. The economy sucks right now and entertainment is always the first thing to get cut from budgets.

Memberships keep people coming back, and keep paying for parking, special member only events, cafe's, and gift shops.

Some memberships include discounts at other places as well like nearby resturaunts, so having partnerships with local buisnesses establishes them in the community better, builds positive relationships with the locals, plus extra advertising in shop windows and at checkouts to return the favor.

Solo parenting

Solo parenting this weekend. Feel so incredibly lonely no one to see. Also struggling with insomnia etc so I am a zombie. Anyone else relate?

Toddler Trainers

Mama’s with boys with chubby feet, what trainers are we putting our boys in? I’ve tried alot of Nike trainers and they seem to be really narrow and uncomfortable for my boy. Any suggestions?

Financial struggle

Hey ladies 💕

I’m a stay-at-home mum and lately I’ve been feeling the pressure of the cost of living. My partner has been working so hard to support our family, and I hate seeing how exhausted he is.

To try and help out financially, I’ve recently started making candles from home. It’s completely outside my comfort zone, but I’m hoping it gives me a way to contribute while still being home with my little one.

I’d love to hear from other mums who have started a small business, side hustle, or found ways to earn an income while raising their kids. How did you get started, and what helped you keep going when things felt overwhelming?

Always looking to connect with other mums who get it 💛

Is it just me?

I’ve been trying to make mom friends for a few years now and I have met people but no one that has really stuck. I think and have been told that I’m friendly and can hold a conversation well but I don’t need constant contact with someone so I can be slow at responding to texts. I get so exhausted trying to make friends because no one actually adds to the conversation, they simply respond, then I’m left carrying the weight of keeping the conversation going so I lose interest very quickly. Does anyone else experience this? What do I do? I want to make friends but it’s been feeling like a lot of effort and no reward

Need support

Wish I had someone called as family in this country. Sometimes everything becomes too much and it goes over my head. But can’t turn to anyone to just get a hug or simply cry my heart out. Does woman really don’t have their own house ever? — feeling hopeless.

Need a village

I need a village or even one friend. I need more joy in my life. I love my family but having a friend is so different.
