Breastfeeding advice

I am due with my second baby in a few weeks and I am really wanting to try breastfeeding!
I have EXTREMELY sensitive nipples, I can’t even let my husband touch them so I never tried with my first.
Any advice to help with the pain/sensitivity?

Thr silver/metal cups from amazon absolutely saved my nipples and my breastfeeding journey. Id have stopped after 2 weeks without them. They help heal your nipples in between feeds

They do make clear “shields” but i’ve not tried them. I had extreme sensitivity before too but honestly it hasnt been an issue for me while breastfeeding. My son has never had latching problems though and has a good wide latch so i barely feel it most of the time. The earth mama nipple butter is amazing for the first days and if you ever need to pump. No need to wash it off before pumping or feeding and i literally put it on everything - dry skin, chapped skin, friction or saliva rashes, etc

I also got told breastmilk itself is good for healing your nipples...so just squeeze a little out and rub it over you. Amazing

Nipple balm- get one that is feeding safe and apply bothe before and after feeds. Silver cups were brilliant I found, pop them on between feeds in your bra with your nipple cream. You do toughen your skin over time and desensitise to it, the first couple of weeks can be tricky. Some people use their birthing comb or something else to distract them while feeding

TLC for boobies on the larger end of the scale.

Breastfeeding mama here, and my poor boobs look like a sad elephants ears - huge and droopy.

Any recommendations for nursing bras the actually offer support and lift? I’ve never been a fan of underwires but if that’s what it takes to stop me kicking my tits when I walk then so be it… these non-wired ones are no match for my bazoomas right now.

Also, what breast pads are we using? The disposable ones get scrunched up and trapped under the boob, the inserts fold over on themselves, and the reusables disappear with socks in the wash. At a loss here!

Topless Sunbathing

My baby is 10 months old and prior to being pregnant, I'd have no worries about sunbathing topless (in an appropriate setting like my garden or on holiday where there are no children). Since having the baby, it almost feels inappropriate now. Thoughts?

FTM - Sleep Help

My little boy is 11 days old and constantly goes into his side slightly when sleeping, I always put him on his back and seem to be correcting him throughout the night but he always ends up in this position.
Is this safe? Or does anyone have advice?

Sleep regression and co-sleeping/contact naps

Does anyone co-sleep and contact nap to get their way through the sleep regressions? My little one is going through an 8 month regression and we contact nap again and co-sleep when the night gets bad, am I creating a bad habit? Will he get out of it again on his own? I don’t know what to do 🙈

Refusing to nap

My little one is nearly 6 months and up until now has been very good at napping. However, the past week or so she is refusing to nap. I have tried contact naps and putting her down in her next to me.
She is so tired and will cry if I put her down, if I hold her, doesn't want to play or take a bottle etc. She will just cry and rub her eyes like she is exhausted.
The only place she will nap is in the car if we go out.
Has anyone else experienced this, I'm hoping it is just a phase.
