For me personally I go to the gym when I can
Facetime ppl lol
My husband works split shifts so I have him home from 830 to 2

I don't have my own vehicle but, I am able to drive my moms once a week atleast. So I always try to make a point of leaving the house atleast once a week by going to get us food or going to the gas station. Normally its a doctor's appointment honestly. But, what my friend does is she goes on a couple 20 minutes walks a day with the stroller to break the day up and not feel so stuck. That's what works for us. I am also getting a different stroller and a knee replacement so I will be walking soon too.

FaceTime people, dance parties in the kitchen with the littles, read a book during their naptime, put on Disney movie when I’m way over stimulated and make a cup of tea. Or audiobooks - one ear bud in to listen to a good book (I recommend graphic audiobooks as they have music and sounds like movies) while cleaning or doing laundry.

I don't stay at home. Terrible nomenclature! Walks, the park, the pool, hikes, shopping, museums, libraries and the like! So many fun things to do with the kids I refuse to stay at home.

Long stroller walks saved me at that point. I met and made small talk with all of our neighbors. It made Halloween so much more fun!

That could be really hard being in the house all day that’s why Daycare is gonna be the best option in order for you to have some time for yourself or if you have somebody to help you, but if not, just try to make the best of it try to make it fun with the kids go out to the park. Go to the library different things like that can help.

If you don’t have a car just do walks and find a nearby park?
