Hey everyone! I’m looking for weight loss advice from breastfeeding moms. I see advice and meal plans on Instagram but sometimes it just feels like they’re trying to sell me something lol. Would love to hear everyone’s opinions, tips, tricks, and experiences :)

My husband and I eat the "human" diet most of the time. Meat, Eggs, veggies, fruit. I also eat things like Oatmeal, leafy greens, sweet potatoes, etc to help produce breast milk. That plus walking to work, and walks with my newborn. I also use this free stretching app every single day.

Lots and lots of walking with my daughter in her pram as much as I could I would walk to go and buy her baby food and walk back with big bags of shopping that would be a 2.4 mile walk like once a week and just casual 1 hour to 2 hour walks on a daily with her in the pram too. Now I am slimmer than I was before I got pregnant! Good luck !
