Hello, my little girl is almost 19 months. For the past month we’ve really been struggling with her sleep and it’s just getting worse. She wakes up crying and no matter what we do the crying gets worse and worse. She won’t even be cuddled or rocked or patted back to sleep. She will struggle and scream. We’re up for hours at a time with her. I just don’t know what to do. Last night she was up from 11:30-1:30 then 3:30-5:30 then I’m up with our toddler at 6. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to help? Also she’s recently been weaned from breastfeeding in the past couple of weeks and she is getting her upper molars. I know these things will be part of it x

Going through this with my 16 month old atm
Nothing helps so far 😢

If she getting her molars and wont settle id give her tylenol… and maybe teething tablets with chamomile to help relax her. Id also have calm baby music or white noise and maybe spray lavendar because its calming as well. So sorry your going through this.

There is a massive (I'd argue the worst) sleep regression at 18 months. Sounds like that.
Night weaning and molars won't help either.
What is her timings for waking for the day, nap and bed?

It’s the regression at this age. Start capping or cutting down nap and make sure the morning wake window is as long as the second wake window.
