Sleep deprivation

My almost 11 month old has only slept through the night twice in his whole life. I’m back to work and just so exhausted. I feel like I’ve tried absolutely everything😫 he wakes up so hysterical in the night and the only way to calm him down is to give him a bottle, I just can’t understand what’s triggering him? Is anyone else in a similar situation or has any advice at all? I’m really struggling.

Can you cosleep? We often end up cosleeping. My children have always started the night in their own cot but once they woke up and wouldn’t easily settle with their dummy/cuddle I brought them in with me and they slept fine. That way everyone gets a good nights sleep and can function properly, especially when I’m back to work now too.

I have no advice sadly but mine has never ever slept through the night, so I am with you in solidarity 😅 I read an article on low vs high sleep needs and it made me feel like I was going less insane, it helped realise that it is just how they are! Hope you’re ok. It’s hard x

While I have no advice my son is 11 months old in a couple of days and has never slept through!! We even tried a sleep consultant but their advice didn’t work. Sometimes babies just need extra comfort I guess! But you’re not alone and remember it’s not forever! That’s what I tell myself anyway!! 🙈

This is my second baby, and he's never slept through the night. I think I've had about 3 nights where he's slept 7:30-2am every other night he's woken at least once if not more by 2am!
My first randomly started sleeping 12 hours after his first birthday, but I'm not convinced this baby will do the same.
It's so tough, but some babies just need extra cuddles and to know you're close. Hopefully baby does start sleeping longer stretches for you soon xx

ROLLING?!?!?

Can someone please tell me if their 12 week old is doing the same.

My daughter was having tummy time and time on the floor playing on her baby gym when she rolled pretty much onto her front. Now , I’m not bragging whatsoever because I know that some people will panic that their children are far behind or too far ahead etcetera, however she has been rolling onto her side for about two weeks now and yesterday she fully rolled pretty much onto her front, but her arm was stuck out so she wasn’t completely on her front. I’ve also noticed that the last couple of days she has been waking up earlier because she normally sleeps through the night, and she is not taking naps very well unless she is in my arms.

Is anyone else going through the same because it’s amazing! But I just feel like it’s so early for these milestones to be hit. Is a 12 week sleep progression a thing? I honestly cannot remember from when my toddler was this age and know that she wasn’t rolling until she was atleast 4 months old.

baby nursery updates

hey guys, my LO is 10.5mo and it’s her second day at nursery today. her nursery has a live update app however they have not posted a single thing today. I rang at half 2 to check how she was because I am that anxious mum and she was fine. but is this normal? shouldn’t they be putting on regular updates? going to speak to them when I pick her up just not sure how to say it

10-12 month check up

I received our letter for the 10-12month check with the health visitors. I know this is optional but is anyone else thinking of declining? I have really bad experiences with health visitors and I have no development concerns and I’m seeing a dietician for his allergy so don’t see the need to be stressed going to the health visitor?

I guess just wanted to see if anyone else is skipping it!
