Hi! My name is Alli, and I'm turning 28 this month. 😊
I'm currently transitioning from being a stay-at-home mom to being a single mom and am looking to connect with other women in the area.
I'm located in Kent and wanted to see if anyone would like to become part of a supportive friendship network.
I love health and fitness, skincare, and genuinely kind-hearted people.

Exercise
First time mum with a 6 week old. Are any April mums managing to exercise yet? I don’t want to sound vain but I have lost a lot of weight since birth, but still have a pouch and lots of fat around my middle. I don’t like it, I know we need to retain fat for breastfeeding, but I can’t help but feel I’m not ready to be in a swimsuit for summer.
I physically feel I’ve recovered enough to start exercising at home, but I don’t know when as my baby is on me almost all day and all night, she only really contact naps.
Any tips? 🫢
