how does one spend nearly £600 in a week, bare in mind i’d already paid all the bills he only had his phone bill and a klarna payment to pay off 😭actually sick of it i’ve go no money for another week and having to rely on him, our fridge is empty and he tried to put shopping on klarna 😂he has enough for a food shop, yeah he probs won’t have much left but at least we’d have food for the week, it also means that when i get paid he can’t help with the bills AGAIN

Mother in law!!!

Am I the asshole?! I told my mil on Wednesday that I will do cupcakes for my son on Friday, today, because she has his cousins there every other weekend. I told her 7:30 because I go to my sisters house every Friday. So I get home around 720 and no one’s home. So I wait until 8pm and still there not home! I texted her that we can do it tomorrow because it’s late already! My daughter is sick and my son’s been swimming all day, he’s exhausted.
And she comes back with “wow your going to cancel” like not cancel, postpone because your late. Little extra information: we live right next door to each other so it’s not like they had to drive over to us and they don’t do anything on Saturdays because it’s the sabbath so they’re home all day. They just got back at 8:30! Was I supposed to wait for them and keep my kids up?! My kids father of course thinks I just should have done them quick when they got home of course cause it’s his mother 🤦🏻‍♀️

Help me understand

Please help me understand is this normal ?? For a boy 5yo (closer to 6) to be nasty all the time ?!
The boy just come out of the bath/shower and while drying himself he just pee on the floor .. like why? How? And the toilet is right there ! I'm so upset at myself cause I definitely overreacted but come on boy! He keeps doing nasty things it disgust me and tend to make me so angry ! Is this actually normal ? Am talking .. wiping the toilet seat with his hand; wiping his poopy butt with 1 piece of paper (like come on!) Always having to tell him and watch him wash his hand with soap otherwise he pretend he does it only) like idk mama, he's my son and we taught him and keep teaching him about being clean and his body and all but am getting so frustrated by his behavior .. I honestly wonder if it is common in boys ??!
And if you think not please give me tips as my brain is 🤯 🤢

I just don’t know any more

My husband is very big into what’s going on in this world and how it’s going downhill and he keeps saying that we just need to be divorced that way if anything comes to it with him that nothing will be attached to me or our son, but sometimes it feels like it’ll just make it easier for him to be able to walk away and I just don’t know what to do anymore. He says we would still be together, but I feel like if something were to happen it would just make it easier for him to walk away because we wouldn’t be I guess bound together.

So fed up

I want to pluck up the courage to leave my partner but I’m scared of the reality of being on my own. We’ve got two under two. We live in a very small 1 bedroom flat. There’s a lot of pressure between us neither of us respect each other anymore. Sometimes it’s good but not enough for me to stay but I just can’t leave for some reason so I feel so trapped. Financially I would be fine without him. Logistically I would be fine ish without him. I don’t drive and we live first floor so it’s hard taking the dog out or the kids out on my own but I could manage. Mentally I’d be better off without him but it’s just hard right now and has been for a long time.

I guess I’m just venting but idk anymore. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I feel we’re beyond the “you need to communicate better with eachother” point as it’s constant cycles of the same shit day in day out

My babies “nickname” am I overreacting?

So this is for my moms who come from a Mexican or Hispanic background but I appreciate anyone who can help. My in laws have a “nickname” for my baby he is 1 now and ever since he was born they have said “aww my little chinga tu madre” which is basically “f* ur mom” I will admit I am from a Hispanic household both my parents are Mexican come from Mexico and I was born here I will say I am a no sabo but I can speak and understand Spanish enough to have a conversation. I have asked other Hispanic and Mexican friends if this is normal with their family and they said “no that is messed up” my parents say it’s messed up too. My man says it’s just a saying in there family with babies but he told them I don’t like it and they need to stop. We went to a party and when I wasn’t around his mom said it again (my man told me after we left) and he said “mom I told you” and she went “oops” big eyes looking around like I was a scary monster. I have never had problems with them before and he says they all genuinely like me but I don’t know what to think.
