Hey, I’ve been going to a pelvic physio and I am seeing good small improvements. I am feeling positive about my journey, but was just wondering how many month postpartum did people feel they became asymptomatic?

For me it depends, it is different with each pregnancy. Sometimes I could feel improvement within a few months and others it was over a year.

I first had prolapse with my second pregnancy. And I do experience some degree of it each time. But I also don't do the best at exercising for it everytime. I have noticed that it is related to diet and exercise though. So when I do better so does it.

Look into the Buff Muff method, she has some wonderful exercises and explains a lot of things. I downloaded the app and have really enjoyed some of her workouts

Baby fall

I’m posting this anonymous because I don’t want to be prejudged. My little girl is 9 month old and has just fell off the sofa, I literally stood up and turned my back for a second to grab something, done it loads of times and never had an issue, it happened at between 7-7:30. She’s been sick a little down herself just before. Am I the worst mam in the world? Will she be alright having a nap? The mam guilt is something else right now. We’ve been up since 5:30 so she’s getting tired as well

My 3 weeks old son slept through the night

Good morning, I’m panicking because my son only sleeps in my arms throughout the day and in the past two days every time I tried to put him in his cot he would wake up after 5 minutes. So he had very poor sleep for the past 48 hours. Yesterday I was exhausted and he finally fell asleep. I woke up in the morning and he never woke up to be fed last night. This morning he woke up I changed him and I breastfed him as usual. He doesn’t seem stressed, but I feel really guilty. Did this happen to anyone? Should I be worried?

If your LO is already sleeping or has fallen asleep at home and you need to go out do you wake them up or let them sleep.

When I say you need to go out I'm not talking a must like a GP's appt. I'm talking say to meet up with a friend.

Baby Turning

He’s 12 weeks in his next to me and every night he’s turned himself sideways so his head and feet are in the mesh waking himself up early would you move him to the cot bed now?

Supply affected overnight?

My 4 week old slept 5 hours last night which meant it was 6 hours between feeds. Whilst I enjoyed the sleep and know it’s unlikely to last I’m worried a few days like this could impact my supply. She feeds each evening from 5-9 every hour ish
I’m EBF and not pumping, would you set an alarm and wake in the night to try and dream feed/hand express? I had such a terrible BF journey triple feeding with my first I really don’t want my supply to drop.
Baby is feeding well throughout the day (every 2.5 hours or less) and has enough wet nappies.
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Nighttime nappies

What nappies are you using at night for those doing longer stretches now?

We have used Sainsbury’s since birth and get on great with them. But if I don’t change him through the night he wets through.

I put a nappy on him at 6:30 after bath. Had milk at 7 and he went to sleep. At 10pm gave him a dream feed.
He’s just made a loud noise at 2 that woke me, but when I checked he was still asleep, I was going to leave him but decided to feel his bottom area and he had wet through.
