When are cramps something to worry about?

I think if you're getting no pain or bleeding, and the cramps don't get stronger or more long lasting, then I think it's nothing to worry about! However I'd also say always best to check with your GP or EPU - they may say just monitor it and give them a call if anything changes!

How many weeks are you? My midwife said period pain cramps are normal as the uterus is expanding. She said if they get severe and constant, or severe with bleeding to go to a&e or ring 111 who can refer to the early pregnancy unit. Im 8+6
