I have 2 under four and I feel like I lost myself. If I’m being honest I’ve never really known myself the more I think about it. By the time I started to I got pregnant with my first daughter. I don’t know how to do makeup or even know what my style is. I feel like most days I dress like Adam Sandler and I just want to be better and happier and this isn’t making me content anymore. I’ve centered my life around my fiancé and work my whole teenage and adult life so far because we got together when we were 15 and I just want to find who I am. (He encourages me everyday too but he has the same struggles) I don’t know what hobbies I like or anything. I was wondering if anyone else was like this and how you jumped out of this slump? If you were able to do it fast or if it’s going to take awhile?

I hear you. I've been feeling like that for a while too. What helped me, honestly is thinking about the things that used to make me happy as a child, no matter what it was. I used to draw and paint while I was in school, also I always loved being outdoors and running. So maybe explore that for a little bit and see if it still brings you joy. Take baby steps and be kind to yourself. You can also go down the route of googling for a list of hobbies to try out. I found a few long lists and just went through it to see if anything sparked my interest. So now I've decided to get back to running and I've been at it for a four weeks. My husband is saying that I look happier and healthier. I'm still struggling with finding a bigger purpose, but I think I'm getting there.
I'm here to chat if you want. 😊❤️
