39 weeks, 0 dilated

I wasn't dilated at my 40 week appointment with my first. Nothing to worry about, you could go from 0 to delivery within hours so dont get hung up on it! Stress and worry will prevent your body from doing its thing. Relax, have sex, nipple stimulation, curb walking, take a swim.. you'll get there!!

The sweep is not fun and doesn't always speed things along anyway. Probably better off without it this early

Exactly the same boat last week. I’m now 40 weeks and have another apt tomorrow. Also feeling anxious! So can’t really help other than to say you aren’t alone 🫶🏻
