If you’re following the safe sleep seven and laying in the c position then it’s actually the best way to sleep. It’s the biological norm to co sleep and helps regulate babies temp and breathing

I love cosleeping but my boy is also so good at sleeping in his cot now! If he’s having a rough night I’ll sleep with him in my bed, if that’s where he feels the safest and you follow the safe sleep seven then you should be good but he’s 8 months nearly 9 and he’s all happy and healthy!

This is exactly how I had to sleep with my first as she was up every 30-90ish mins the forst year. If i didn't sleep while feeding (every wake was a feed) then I don't know what I would've done!

We went through a period where side lying feeds and cosleeping happened daily from 4am-7am since we all needed the sleep. It’s just a sometimes now, but I love have that “tool” in my toolkit when needed
