Did you do any shaving before your scheduled C-section?

They won't judge you if you don't shave. I was induced and had to have a c section. I didn't shave but my hair grows fine and short, but they are making the incision under your belly, so your hair won't be in the way.

I didn’t. I decided to have a repeat c section late and they scheduled me a few days after I requested. If you decide to shave or wax do it 2 weeks before you are scheduled. If you don’t, they will shave you before the procedure with an electric razor

I can barley shave myself now so Idec too and I’m not paying for a wax (also scared it will hurt to much.) 😭

They shave it for you but only where they make the incision if its in the way tbf they did a half decent job with mine think I was lucky as had a fully female surgical team 😂

I shaved a couple weeks before just so it wasn’t a big bush 😂 no clue how I did it at 38 weeks pregnant. I tried to the other day and I’m only 24 weeks pregnant this time and I can’t see nothing down there 😂

They won’t judge you. They shaved me I’m pretty sure. But they don’t want you to shave a couple days before it had to be like a week before or more because they don’t want any cuts down there

I wax before going but if you don't they just shave you right before they start.

I got a full shower and shaved right before we left for the hospital. I hear that they will do it for you and I didn't wanna take that chance. I was so glad I did it myself. I definitely recommend doing it yourself even if you don't have a planned c section. Mine was an emergency and in an emergency can you imagine the rush job they would've done. Yikes! It wouldn't have been pretty and I'm very sensitive to razors so I know how I want my stuff done. I use the razors with the guard lines on them to ensure I don't cut myself.

I shaved the night before

I just had my normal wax, I’d say it was a bit more sensitive but worth it in my opinion haha

It depends on your preference but just bare in mind that you won’t be able to touch that areas for a while so if you prefer to be hairless I’d definitely get a wax so it keeps the hair away for longer after the section aswell x
