Totally understand how you feel. I just had my 2nd baby last year. Mine are 18 years apart. Definitely dealing with postpartum depression on top of my regular depression. I am in therapy which is helping. But energy and mojo has taken a significant dip.

I’m 37 years old with my 5th child… while there is only a 4 year gap between my last child and this one, I definitely was hit much differently this time around. I felt like I was hit by a train and just with a nasty hangover every day for months (mind you, I don’t even drink like ever!). I felt miserable and simple things and tasks were not that simple. I was sleeping all the time and just had no energy to function. When I hit 17 weeks I started to feel more myself and I was back to working out daily and all seemed well… then I hit another low at 38 weeks and that’s where I’ve been struggling to just harness enough energy to pull through these last few days of work and then just function to be there as a mother for my other children. I’m due June 18th but I’ve always been overdue so I’m not that hopeful lol. But yeah… pregnant and older is a different ball game altogether.

Im 38 with a 9 month gap...im shattered. First baby at 19 and 2nd at 24..these last 2 babies at 36+ have been hard work. We planned for 2 under 2...i just didn't plan to feel this wiped.

I'm 40 just had bub no 4 3 months ago . My youngest is almost 7. Definitely harder this time round.. lacking energy and my body may never be the same. I feel like an old woman lol . My hips are so sore now. I try to daily stretches and gentle excercise when I can. I was hoping for one more bub after this but I don't think my body could cope
