My daughter just turned one and I’m having a really hard time deciding how to move forward with milk and bottles. We’ve exclusively breast-fed since she was born, which is a big deal for me and something I knew I wanted to do. I stopped pumping a month or so back and just started going through our freezer stash when she goes to childcare. However, I thought the freezer stash would last a lot longer than what it has. I really wanna keep breast-feeding but also know I probably will have a hard time starting to pump again. I started doing 1 ounce whole milk and 4 ounces of breastmilk in her bottles to start transitioning her. Is it weird to do whole milk in bottles at school when my freezer milk runs out and then nurse at home? Or should it be consistent and I should start pumping again? Or do I give up and just switch fully to whole milk? Would love any input I didn’t know that have such a hard time with this!
