Trying to give formula to my breastfed baby

My baby girl is 4 months old almost 5 and I’m would like to consider going back to work. She’s a breastfed baby and the first couple of months I would give her my milk in a bottle and she would take it with no problem. When she was 3 months old I stopped giving her bottle because she wanted more milk so I wasn’t producing enough to pump and she’ll be stuck in my boob all the time. A month ago I tried to give her formula but she won’t take it. I tried giving her formula again yesterday and didn’t want it.
Help!
I want to consider going back to work at least part time( 3 day a week) and dad can take her of her.

She’s only just come out of the fourth trimester so it’s completely natural that she needs to nurse to feel safe & secure and a plastic teat unfortunately isn’t going to replicate the real thing! How old will she be when you return to work? There’s also very little point trying to give her a bottle yourself because she knows the boob is right there, has her dad tried giving it? She’ll need to feel relaxed and secure before even considering taking a bottle so it’s not going to work if she’s already showing hunger cues. Let her experiment and play with the bottle to get used to it first so there’s no pressure on her.
If she does end up taking it, just make sure they’re pace fed, and if she doesn’t, try all different types of cups

Can you try mixing formula with breastmilk? Not sure if the issue is the bottle or the formula!

Have you seen this episode and do you have any sympathy for the parents?

They said their baby usually has a 2 hour nap around that time so they thought she would just sleep in the tent and then lost track of time...

Any mums out there with phobias? How did you get over your phobias? And any tips on how to not pass them onto your little one?

Newborn sleeping

So I'm moving into a two bed flat and gonna have a nursery set up for lil bubba and I've already brought a cot at the ready for it! I've seen that your baby should sleep in the same room with you until they are 6 months old or so but I asked my family and a lot of them said they didn't do that (including when I was a baby), I was just wondering what other people did when they had a newborn as I'm confused on what to do?😭

Overtired

My daughter is 1 month old tomorrow and this has happened twice so far. She’s tired to the point where she’s crying for a good half an hour and the only thing that gets her to fall asleep is either walking around with here or putting her in her pram and rocking it back and forth. Any tips and tricks?

Toddlers hitting

So I’m looking for more things to try to stop my son from hitting, he has just turned 2. I feel like I have tried every method that I can think of to stop him from hitting and I’m not sure what to do anymore so I would like some suggestions from some more experienced parents! He has also recently started not specifically spitting, but like blowing raspberries, causing him to spit any advice is appreciated!
