Rolling over

So my daughter is 16 weeks (soon to be exactly 4 months on the 25th). Im looking at the milestones tracker one of which being rolling over.

She can roll from her back on to her side and then to her back again but not from back to front and cant roll at all when on her front.... when do we class babies as being able to roll? When can I tick this off?

My first was like 5 months before she would roll over! My boy is the same 4 months on 24th and he trying but not there yet! We have all the raspberries tho! Don’t stress about the milestones, they’ll get there when they get there 😊

My daughter rolled front to back and back to front at 13 weeks. (She’s 5 now). My son is 18 weeks and can’t do either. When they can do both is when I’d say it’s ā€œtickedā€, but try not too stress yourself out too much with it. They’re all on their own timelines x

when they can roll one way (front to back or back to front) i say theyre rolling, because for some stuff like safe sleeping it’s important. for ticking off milestones i usually wait til it’s both ways. my 4 month old rolls both ways and sleeps on his side, but my first didn’t do any rolling till he was about 7 months šŸ˜‚ i was worried for a while but hes 2 now and perfectly fine!

My LO is 19 weeks and can roll back to side (only one direction) and did a few of tummy to back a few weeks ago but nothing since! Not sure which skills he's developing in his recent bad sleep & sleep regression šŸ˜…

Anyone else just feel huge already?

I feel like I’ve really popped the last week or so and it’s like I’ve swallowed a beach ball 🤣

I’ve wanted a girl all my life and now I’m having one I’m struggling so bad to find a name!

I always loved Bella, but my sister called her daughter Isabella and I think it’s too close…

I’m English and my partner is German so I’m looking at names from both cultures. Our list so far is…

Leni
Ella
Lilli
Lyra
Keira

I don’t absolutely love any of them any thoughts and suggestions would be very welcome!! šŸ’•

Strong pain on lower side belly

Hello ladies, I am 25 weeks tomorrow and just experienced a couple sharp moments of pain on my right side, right under my belly, roughly where you get period pains (i can only describe them as contraption-like even if I don't know what a contraption feels like).

It lasted a few second twice then went away. Laying down now and it's gone.

I have had period-like mild cramping across lower belly all morning, but i know thats nothing to worry about, just worth mentioning.

Any of you had this? Could it be braxton or ligament? Halp

Labour and post birth visitors

I see a lot of people saying they don’t want anyone knowing when they are in labour and don’t want any visitors after. Just wondering what the general thoughts are on this? What are people’s reasons for wanting/not wanting this.

I’m a first time mum and thinking I want my friends and family around me straight away (if they want to) is there some sort of negative to this?
