I take The Smart Pants Prenatal Multi & Omega Gummies and Drink the liquid form of Iron in Mary Ruth’s.

I have a fear of taking pills that I will choke and not know how to swallow it. 🫣

What’s crazy is I use to be able to take pills as a teen then I asked myself what if I choke, then the new fear unlocked lol

What are your seduction techniques for your long term partner?
