Night time nappies

I’m looking for tried and tested night time nappies as I’m losing my mind with the overnight leaks 😩
My little boy is now moving into size 3-4 depending on the brand and I feel since we’ve gone up a size, I can’t seem to find a nappy that doesn’t leak. He’s wet through then he struggles to go back to sleep after. Ive tried Tesco and Asda so far. Bonus points for budget friendly!

Rascals!!!
I’ve wasted so much money on pampers and we’ve experienced so many night time leaks but we haven’t had one since using rascals I get them from Asdas I’m not sure if other supermarkets sell them too though and they’re like £5 for 32 nappies or something like that x

Another vote for Rascals! I find them waaay more absorbent and just a better fit overall. We didn’t seem to have many issues with leaking until the move from 3 to 4 and then none of the nappies we used were particularly good, rascals have been fab.

We love nutmeg (Morrisons)

I was recently recommended nutmeg for my LB and he's just started sleeping through the night. They're easily going 9-10 hours and we haven't had a single leak yet!

Rascals are great I find they don’t leak and soak in so baby doesn’t feel so wet

I have been told Aldi nappies are amazing !

I always struggled at this size, I had leaks no matter which brand I tried. Pants were a bit better than taped nappies. It just eventually got better, don't know if that was because he just got older and and weed less over night, or because he changed shape slightly.

Sleep in the heat

How are we all getting our babies to sleep at night in this this heat? 2 disturbed nights so far and despite settling to bed earlier fine my baby woke around 30mins ago and still isn’t able to get back to sleep. He’s usually a really good sleeper and I fear we may never see a night of sleep again😢 I don’t really know what to do tonight with him. Honestly had enough of this stupidly hot weather and longing for some cold days and rain!

Fussy hour

Does anyone else’s baby seem to be really fussy between 8pm and 11pm? They only want to be held and the moment you put them down they scream the house down. Feed them, change them, play music/sing to them…none of it works to soothe them and get them to sleep

Been using white noise sound machine wrong

With both my kids, I always put the sound machine in their cots, and probably louder than I should have tbh. They've always been great sleepers, and my 2 year old still has it on now, although it's on the other side of the bedroom now.

I've just read that incorrect use, e.g. using within 2 meters of sleeping children, using continuously overnight, and using louder than 50 decimals can cause long-term hearing and/or developmental issues. Ive definitely done this all their lives and they're 2 years old and 6 months old. Obviously now I'm going to change how I use it, but has anyone else done this and not had any issues later on?

Introducing bottle

Hey everyone, I've starting expressing breastmilk today to my partner can start doing the night feeds with a bottle from next week. My little boy is 5 weeks old, has anyone got any tips for introducing a bottle, or best brands for combi feeding.

I'm really worried about him not being able to go back to the boob. I absolutely love breastfeeding and don't want to stop but the sleep deprivation is really starting to affect me so think having a couple of nights a week where I can sleep through would really help me.

Nappy changes

We use atleast 15 nappies a day some days a few more I feel like I am buying them constantly lol. How is it for you?

I also found that Morrisons nutmeg brand can handle any blowout small or huge lol. Not been satisfied with Pampers or aldi’s brand this time.
