My other half struggling with the transition to parenthood and feeling overwhelmed. We have a young dog and he mainly works from home so his days are quite full on. Baby is breastfed so not always easy to settle with dad which I think gets him down (especially considering his main time with LO is in the evenings during the fussiest time of day - only 10 weeks old). Baby won’t take a bottle. How can I support him? Any resources to signpost him to?

You’re both in the trenches! Some resources I wish I’d read before giving birth: Dr Becky’s Good Inside parenting (app and book, also podcast), nurture revolution (book and podcast) by Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum, and there’s a few different books by Dan Siegel.

My daughters one year old but from being a newborn my husband has always bathed our daughter on the evening and gets her ready for bed, he also takes her on walks in the baby carrier just them two which gives me a free hour and it also encourages their bond xx
