Help - 12 days since c section

I woke up and automatically stretched my whole body and I then felt my belly like scrunch, I dunno how to explain it, but I feel a bit tender now.

Does anyone/has anyone else done this before? I didn’t mean to even stretch it was like my body automatically done it.

Also 12 days since c section! I have had it twice now where I’ve twisted or turned in a weird way and it’s caused me really bad lower abdominal pain which then only goes after rest and taking more pain meds - think it’s still fairly normal to get tenderness/ pain as the internal stitches heal - could also be nerve irritation caused by certain movements

It’s okay if it feels tender, I picked my toddler up too soon without thinking and felt the same kind of thing. It felt very tight and off for a bit but as long as it isn’t bleeding or you’re not in a lot of pain it’s unlikely you’ve done anything serious. If it’s still very tender in a week or so you can always ask your doctor. I’m 6 month post section and it’s still tender at times.

First Birthday Party

Im throwing my baby girl a first birthday party, I know its more for us than for her, but I rented the venue and was looking for some tips on how to save money and still make it a special party. I will also take tips on how to entertain children in a party. It's all so new to me

Have my waters broken?!

I’ve just woken up to some liquid leaking out of me.. to say it was odd would be an understatement!
It’s clear and doesn’t smell at all really. But did I just pee myself a little?!?

I’ve popped a maternity pad on to see but what a weird feeling.
Anyone else unsure if their waters have broken?
I’m 38+1 😳

Girl names?

So we have found out we are having a girl!!
We have a couple of names but only 1 is sticking out to us.
I am worried about being too set on a name and it not feeling right when she's finally here in November... anyone else feel like this?

The name we are set on is Callie as Calla lilies are my favourite.

I would love some more baby girl names please. 🩷🩷
