Just lying on my bed with my 4 month old in his next to me crib, and wondering when I should move him into his own room … my partner has been telling me to do it for a while as he sleeps 8:30am to 6:30am without waking, he is on the larger side so I don’t think he will be in the next to me for much longer but I just don’t want to move him too early 🫣😩

Babies should sleep in the same room as you until 6months

I’m pretty sure the guidelines say keep them in the same room as you for the first 6 months☺️ and after that it’s whenever you feel comfortable to do so.
We moved our daughter into her room once she was a year old.

Guidelines say 6months onwards. I would personally want baby to be able to roll over independently for a while first. Our first went in his own room at 8months but he was probably ready at 6months, I just wasn't. 🙈 x
